Medical Emergencies
Walnut Hill Pain & Wellness is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, or a potentially serious medication reaction, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Please do not use our website, voicemail, or appointment-request form for urgent medical needs.
Notice of Privacy Practices
Walnut Hill Pain & Wellness is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your health information. Please review our Notice of Privacy Practices to learn how your information may be used, disclosed, and protected and how you may exercise your privacy rights.
Prescription and Refill Requests
Please request medication refills during regular business hours and allow sufficient time for clinical review, pharmacy processing, and any required insurance authorization. Prescription renewals are based on clinical appropriateness and are not guaranteed. Certain medications may require follow-up appointments and additional safety monitoring before they can be renewed.
Walnut Hill Pain & Wellness cannot guarantee medication availability or early replacement of medications that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used sooner than prescribed.

No Surprises Act
Your Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, patients who do not have health insurance or who choose not to use certain health insurance coverage generally have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of their healthcare services.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services. If you schedule an eligible service at least three business days in advance, Walnut Hill Pain & Wellness will provide an estimate within the time required by federal law.
A Good Faith Estimate is not a bill. It is based on the information available when the estimate is prepared, and your actual charges may differ if your treatment needs change or additional services become necessary.
If the amount billed by a provider or facility is at least $400 more than the amount listed on your Good Faith Estimate, you may be eligible to dispute the bill through the federal patient-provider dispute-resolution process.
To request a Good Faith Estimate or ask questions about expected charges, please contact Walnut Hill Pain & Wellness at (860) 506-5050.
For additional information about your rights under the No Surprises Act, visit CMS.gov/Medical-Bill-Rights or call the federal No Surprises Help Desk at 1-800-985-3059.
